PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

We make every effort to display our products, colors, designs, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible. Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, correct errors, or discontinue products at any time.

PREORDERS

Certain FTLOTG products are offered on a preorder basis. Preorder items are not immediately available for shipment and are produced following the close of the applicable preorder window.

Production and fulfillment timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing, printing, shipping, or other circumstances outside our control.

Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund before the preorder window closes. Once the preorder window has closed and production has begun, preorder sales are final except in cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree to the extended fulfillment timeline associated with preorder merchandise.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at the time an order is placed, including preorder purchases. Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you before fulfilling the order or cancel and refund the affected purchase.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. FTLOTG is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All sales are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in that policy, limited-release and preorder merchandise is considered final sale once the preorder period has closed and production has begun.

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All FTLOTG names, logos, artwork, graphics, photographs, product designs, website content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to FTLOTG unless otherwise indicated.

These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use our website or products for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, engage in fraudulent transactions, or reproduce or commercially exploit FTLOTG intellectual property without authorization.
