SHIPPING POLICY

PREORDER FULFILLMENT

The FTLOTG Volume 1 2026 Collection is being offered as a preorder. Items will enter production after the preorder window closes.

Please allow additional time for production and fulfillment before your order ships. Any shipping or transit estimates shown at checkout apply after your order has been produced and fulfilled.

We will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping is available for $10.

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $150 or more.

DELIVERY

Delivery times begin once your order has been fulfilled and transferred to the shipping carrier. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

FTLOTG is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at ftlotgmusic@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

For packages marked delivered but not received, please first check with the shipping carrier and members of your household. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will assist where possible.

One thing: we haven't established the actual production turnaround yet, so I intentionally didn't promise something like “ships in 4–6 weeks.” Once your manufacturer gives you a firm timeline, we can add it.
