Returns & Refunds

All FTLOTG merchandise is produced in limited quantities based on preorder demand. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer ordering errors.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement when available or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please double-check your size, shipping address, and order details before completing your purchase.

Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund before the preorder window closes. Once the preorder window has closed and production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
